Silicone Dish Drying Mat

Washed dishes go onto a cloth that's already damp, and the counter underneath stays wet all evening. A silicone mat drains instead of soaking, and rinses clean when it needs it.

Why people buy it

• Drains rather than soaks. Raised ridges let water run off instead of pooling under the plates.
• No damp cloth smell. Silicone doesn't hold water the way a kitchen towel does.
• Rinses under the tap. No laundry.
• Rolls up. Store it in a drawer when the counter is needed.

Also useful as

A trivet for hot pans, a drying spot for washed vegetables, or a liner under the drying rack.
