Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products, descriptions and pricing
We take care to describe our products accurately. Product photographs are illustrative and actual colour, finish or packaging may vary slightly. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where the product is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Pricing and typographical errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is offered as a convenience. By selecting it you undertake to accept the parcel and pay the full order amount at delivery. We may withdraw the Cash on Delivery option from customers who repeatedly refuse parcels.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the HandyFynds name and logo, text, graphics, photographs and page design — is owned by or licensed to Global Link Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Third-party links and services
Our website uses third-party services for payments, shipping and analytics, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
