Shipping policy

This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

Where we ship

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not currently ship outside India.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on every order. There are no shipping charges, handling fees or hidden costs added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Metro cities are often faster. Remote locations, hill states and island territories may take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra charge. Please:

- Keep the exact order amount in cash ready — delivery partners often cannot provide change
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours
- Keep the phone number given at checkout reachable — the delivery partner will call

Delays outside our control

Deliveries can be delayed by weather, strikes, festival volumes, local restrictions or courier backlogs. We will keep you informed, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier network.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address can be reshipped once you confirm corrected details.

Undelivered and refused parcels

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or if the parcel is refused, it returns to us. For prepaid orders we will refund you in full. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels may result in Cash on Delivery being unavailable on future orders.
